Coaching agreement… create awareness… powerful questioning… active listening… challenge… brainstorm… strategic actions… monitoring progress & accountability*
Clicking on the process overview (in the left hand column) will give a good feel of how coaching works and what process I follow. To put it simply, the person being coached sets the agenda and does the work- the coach’s job is to support them in getting clarity of the strategic or behavioural issues they want to address and then work with them to identify how to make this happen.
Client feedback (see left hand column) is also requested at the end of the coaching sessions contracted and is reviewed by both the client organisation and myself for our future reference.
A series of sessions may focus on one topic or several. It all depends on what the client and their organisation have identified as the key areas they want to work on.
