What’s exciting about executive coaching is that it can be a great enabler for high performance senior executives and high potentials to maximise their performance and be even better than they already are - a real positive for any organisation that wants to be a leader and maintain a competitive edge.
My assumption when coaching begins is that all clients are good at what they do and have the ability to find the solutions themselves - my job as a coach is to enable them to clarify their thinking and identify what strategies they can use to deliver their desired outcomes from coaching.
